2) Alcohol affects very badly on the skin so try to minimize drinking alcohol.
3) Eat plenty of fruits and vegetable because It provides antioxidants which protect our skin from sun and pollution.
4) Use suncream in a hot days to protect the skin from direct sunlight. start to follow these things and improve your skin health.
